John Fredy Zabala, PHC
A Life of Perseverance, Transformation, and Purpose
John Fredy Zabala’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and the human spirit's ability to overcome even the greatest obstacles. As a certified health coach with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, John’s passion for wellness is deeply personal. Growing up, John faced challenges that could have easily derailed him. Bullying and a traumatic health scare involving irreversible kidney damage were compounded by battles with depression, anxiety, and hypertension. Yet, instead of allowing these hardships to define him, John chose to fight back.
Through unwavering determination, he embraced the healing potential of diet, exercise, and natural remedies. He pursued an education in nutrition, became NASM Certified and is also ICS accredited in Health and Life coaching. Over time, he lost 90 pounds, built incredible muscle mass, and reclaimed his mental health—all without heavy reliance on pharmaceuticals. This transformation wasn’t just physical; it was a complete reimagining of how he approached life, health, and well-being.
John’s experiences have given him a unique empathy and understanding of what it means to struggle and succeed. He brings this compassion to his coaching, where he supports clients in creating sustainable, personalized strategies for their health and fitness goals.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is a shining example of what it means to live with purpose. His story inspires those around him to believe in their potential and to never give up—no matter how difficult the journey. Today, John is committed to helping others transform their lives, just as he transformed his own. Whether through one-on-one personal training, mind coaching, educational programs, you will find it all at All In One Transformation. John’s mission is clear: to empower people to take control of their health and discover the best version of themselves. John believes in healing the world, one person at a time, and his work is a heartfelt extension of that belief.
